- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Melt 226 grams of unsalted butter over medium heat until browned and let cool slightly.
- Combine browned butter with 200 grams of white granulated sugar and 165 grams of light brown sugar in a bowl and mix until smooth. Add 2 large eggs and 2 tsp of vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, sift together 310 grams of all-purpose flour, 2 tsp of baking powder, and ½ tsp of salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until smooth.
- Spread the churro dough evenly into the prepared baking pan. Combine 50 grams of granulated sugar with 1 tsp of ground cinnamon and sprinkle over the dough.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Avoid overbaking.
- Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack for about 30-40 minutes. Cut into squares or bars and serve.
