Step-by-Step Instructions for Stuffed Salmon
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry using paper towels.
  3. Slice a pocket down the middle of each fillet.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, fresh spinach, chopped dill, and lemon juice. Mix until creamy.
  5. Stuff the filling into the pocket of each salmon fillet.
  6. Brush the outsides of each fillet with olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper.
