- Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts and pound to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- Whisk together the barbecue sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and honey until smooth.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 15 minutes, covered in the fridge.
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat (approximately 400°F).
- Lightly coat the griddle with oil and place the marinated chicken on it. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the chicken, brush with reserved marinade, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until it reaches 165°F.
- Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
