  4. Mash the ripe bananas and fold them into the wet ingredients.
  5. In another bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Fold into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
