- Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Add sour cream, then eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
- Mash the ripe bananas and fold them into the wet ingredients.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Fold into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
