Step-by-Step Instructions for Biscoff Cookies
  1. Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  2. Cream together butter, creamy Biscoff spread, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture, mixing until well incorporated. Gradually add dry ingredients.
  4. Chill dough for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Ensure the oven is preheated.
  6. Scoop and roll dough portions in granulated sugar, then place on the baking sheet, spaced apart.
  7. Bake cookies for 8 to 10 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Press a chocolate candy into each cookie as soon as they come out.
