Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Pound the flank steak evenly to about ½ inch thick.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning, then add olive oil and mix until moist.
  3. Spread the mixture on the steak, roll tightly, and secure with twine or toothpicks.
  4. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven and sear the braciole on all sides for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the braciole, cover, and braise in the oven for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 60 minutes.
  6. Let the braciole rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving with sauce.
