- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper.
- Gently mix the chicken mixture until evenly distributed.
- Form the kofta by rolling the mixture into 10-12 oval-shaped patties.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly brush the grates with olive oil.
- Place the kofta onto the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Optionally mix in minced garlic.
- Transfer cooked kofta to a platter, serve warm with garlic yogurt sauce.
