Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large ziplock bag, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and black pepper. Seal and shake until blended well.
  2. Insert chicken pieces into the marinade-filled ziplock bag. Seal tightly and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F). Remove chicken from marinade.
  4. Grill chicken for about 6 to 8 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with salt just before serving.
