  • 1 tsp Paprika Smoked paprika works too.
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper Adjust based on your spice preference.
For the Freshness
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Essential for the last few minutes of cooking.
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Parsley is a good alternative.
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice Adjust based on your preference.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cube the potatoes into uniform 1-inch pieces. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
  4. Drizzle olive oil into the spice blend and stir until a smooth paste forms.
  5. Add the cubed potatoes and toss until coated with the spice mixture.
  6. Spread the coated potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 20-25 minutes.
  7. After 15 minutes, stir the potatoes, then sprinkle with minced garlic and cayenne pepper. Return to the oven for 5 more minutes.
  8. Toss the hot potatoes with fresh cilantro and lemon juice before serving.
  9. Serve hot as a snack or with grilled meats.
