Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bake pound cake mix according to package instructions (30-35 minutes at 350°F). Allow it to cool completely before cutting into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine instant lemon pudding mix with 2 cups of cold milk. Whisk until thickened, about 2 minutes, then fold in the thawed Cool Whip until smooth.
  3. Rinse strawberries and blueberries under cool water, then pat dry. Slice half of the strawberries if desired.
