- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut waxy potatoes into wedges, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, spread on a baking sheet, and roast for 25-30 minutes.
- Steam broccoli for 5-7 minutes until bright green and tender.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, sear salmon fillets skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
- Add butter and lemon juice to the pan, spoon over salmon while cooking.
- Serve crispy potatoes and steamed broccoli alongside glazed salmon. Drizzle remaining lemon butter sauce over everything.
