Step-by-Step Instructions for Lucky Party Meatballs
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until just combined.
  2. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Arrange the shaped meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and firm, with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  4. Whisk together barbecue sauce, honey or maple syrup, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  5. Brush the baked meatballs with the glaze and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to set the glaze. Transfer to a serving platter.
