- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and ground Italian sausage, breaking apart with a wooden spoon, for about 8 minutes. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cooking for 3 minutes. Stir in marinara sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes.
