  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce or Tamari
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar or Lemon Juice adds acidity to balance sweetness
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for glaze viscosity
For Garnishing
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds adds crunch
  • 2 Green Onions finely sliced

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Whisk together the white miso paste, honey, soy sauce or tamari, rice vinegar or lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Pat the sea bass fillets dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  4. Coat the top of each fillet with the prepared miso honey glaze using a basting brush.
  5. Place the glazed fillets in the baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
  6. Switch to broil for the last 1-2 minutes to achieve a caramelized finish.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving hot.
