  • 1 scoop Protein Powder optional, replace with an extra egg for texture
  • 2 large Eggs or use 1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 3 tbsp water for vegan option
  • 1/3 cup Honey or Maple Syrup maple syrup preferred for vegan option
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1 container Airtight Container to store cookies for up to a week

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your ingredients.
  2. Mix together oats, peanut butter, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Incorporate the baking soda into the mixture, folding gently.
  4. Scoop portions of the dough onto a lined baking sheet, spaced two inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown at the edges.
  6. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. Store cooled cookies in an airtight container.
