For the Dry Rub
  • 2 tablespoons Dry Rub Spices Blend of spices like smoked paprika and garlic powder

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your pork ribs by removing the silver skin membrane from the back of the ribs.
  2. Rinse the ribs under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a bowl, combine the dry rub spices and rub the mixture all over the ribs.
  4. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C). Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 2 to 3 hours until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone.
  6. Remove the ribs from the oven, brush BBQ sauce over them, and return to the oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Switch to broil and broil for 3 to 5 minutes to create a sticky glaze.
  8. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
