- Prepare your pork ribs by removing the silver skin membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Rinse the ribs under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, combine the dry rub spices and rub the mixture all over the ribs.
- Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C). Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
