  • Baking Dish
  • Rolling Pin

Method

Dough Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and active dry yeast.
  2. Gently warm your milk until it's lukewarm, then pour it into the dry ingredients along with melted butter.
  3. Mix everything until a dough forms, then knead for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Filling Preparation
  1. While the dough rises, prepare the filling by dicing the peaches and mixing them with cinnamon and a touch of extra sugar.
  2. Set the mixture aside, allowing the flavors to meld while the dough continues to rise.
Roll and Form
  1. Once the dough has doubled in size, punch it down to release air bubbles and roll it into a large rectangle.
  2. Spread the prepared peach filling evenly across the rolled-out dough and roll tightly to form a log.
  3. Slice the log into 12 equal pieces and place the rolls in a greased baking dish, packing them closely together.
Final Rise and Bake
  1. Cover the rolls lightly with a kitchen towel and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown on top.
Glazing
  1. Prepare the cream cheese glaze by mixing softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and a splash of milk until smooth.
  2. Drizzle the warm glaze over the rolls while they are still hot.
