Dough Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and active dry yeast.
- Gently warm your milk until it's lukewarm, then pour it into the dry ingredients along with melted butter.
- Mix everything until a dough forms, then knead for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Filling Preparation
- While the dough rises, prepare the filling by dicing the peaches and mixing them with cinnamon and a touch of extra sugar.
- Set the mixture aside, allowing the flavors to meld while the dough continues to rise.
Roll and Form
- Once the dough has doubled in size, punch it down to release air bubbles and roll it into a large rectangle.
- Spread the prepared peach filling evenly across the rolled-out dough and roll tightly to form a log.
- Slice the log into 12 equal pieces and place the rolls in a greased baking dish, packing them closely together.
Final Rise and Bake
- Cover the rolls lightly with a kitchen towel and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown on top.
Glazing
- Prepare the cream cheese glaze by mixing softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and a splash of milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the warm glaze over the rolls while they are still hot.

Notes
Best enjoyed warm and fresh out of the oven for that gooey, satisfying texture.
