Preparation

First Rise

Make the Filling
- Slice fresh peaches, discarding the pit, and mix with sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
Roll and Shape
- Punch down the risen dough, roll it into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick, and spread the peach filling evenly.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-2 inch pieces, placing them in a greased baking dish.
Second Rise
- Cover the baking dish with a towel and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake
