Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Warm milk and butter in a saucepan over low heat until melted, then let cool slightly.
  3. Add the warm mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients, mixing until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
First Rise
  1. Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and set in a warm area to rise for about 1 hour.
Make the Filling
  1. Slice fresh peaches, discarding the pit, and mix with sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
Roll and Shape
  1. Punch down the risen dough, roll it into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick, and spread the peach filling evenly.
  2. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-2 inch pieces, placing them in a greased baking dish.
Second Rise
