Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, 1/4 cup of peanut butter, and 1 cup of milk.
- In a blender, add the prepared bananas, peanut butter, and milk. Add vanilla extract or cinnamon if using.
- Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if necessary.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired, then blend for another 10 seconds.
- Prepare toppings: chop nuts, slice additional bananas, and measure out chocolate chips and granola.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and top with chocolate chips, granola, and banana slices.
