Cooking Steps

  3. Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook until desired doneness, approximately 20-25 minutes for medium-rare or 30 minutes for medium.
  4. Remove the skillet from the oven, cover the beef with foil, and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Slice the beef tenderloin into 1-inch thick medallions and serve on a warm platter.
