- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together 1 cup of softened butter with ½ cup of granulated sugar and ½ cup of brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add in 2 cups of all-purpose flour and mix until just combined, then fold in 1 cup of chopped pistachios and 1 cup of dried cranberries.
- Shape portions of the dough into wreaths about 2-3 inches in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
