Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Gradually add in 2 cups of all-purpose flour and mix until just combined, then fold in 1 cup of chopped pistachios and 1 cup of dried cranberries.
  4. Shape portions of the dough into wreaths about 2-3 inches in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden, then remove from the oven.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before decorating with more pistachios, cranberries, and a light dusting of powdered sugar.
