Making the Rolls
- Warm the milk, combine with yeast and let sit until foamy. Whisk in the egg and melted butter, then add flour, sugar, and salt to form a dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl and cover.
- Let the dough rise in a warm area for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Prepare the filling by mixing pistachio butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- After rising, roll the dough out into a rectangle, spread the filling, and roll tightly. Slice into rolls.
