Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients for the Pomegranate Guacamole. Halve and pit the ripe avocados, then scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Finely chop the red onion, jalapeño (seeds removed for less spice), and garlic cloves. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the avocados to prevent browning, and sprinkle in sea salt.
  2. Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocado mixture in the bowl until it reaches a creamy yet chunky consistency. Blend for about 1–2 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of fresh pomegranate seeds into the avocado mixture, mixing everything together for another minute.
  4. Scoop the guacamole mixture into a serving bowl, top with the remaining 1/4 cup of pomegranate seeds, and optional chopped cilantro.
