- Cut the chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, ranch seasoning, dill, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, and hot sauce.
- Toss chicken pieces in the marinade until well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes. Stir in remaining ranch seasoning, dill, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with sauce. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove skewers, let rest for a minute, and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
