Preparation
- Wash and dry strawberries and blueberries, slice strawberries. Measure Rice Krispies.
- Melt butter in saucepan, add marshmallows, stir until smooth. Combine with Rice Krispies.
- Press half Rice Krispie mixture into baking dish. Mix strawberries with gelatin, spread over base.
- Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla; spread over the strawberry layer.
- Mix blueberries with blue gelatin, layer over the cream cheese mixture.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours, then let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before cutting.
- Cut into squares and serve, optionally drizzling with melted white chocolate.
