Preparation
- Slice the cucumbers into ½ cm (¼") thick slices, avoiding peeling for added crunch.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, diced red onions, and chopped jalapenos. Ensure jalapenos are deseeded if you want milder heat.
- Add cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, coarse sea salt, and sharp cheddar cheese. Optionally drizzle with soy sauce.
- Gently toss the salad with a spatula or salad tongs until all ingredients are coated.
- Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
- Cover the salad and chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before serving.
