Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Strain the syrup into a bowl using a fine mesh strainer, pressing the berries to extract color and flavor. Let it cool to room temperature.
  3. In a pitcher, combine the cooled berry syrup with 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir gently and adjust sweetness as needed.
  4. To serve, fill glasses with ice, pour in 3-4 tablespoons of lemonade concentrate, and top off with chilled sparkling water.
