- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F). Brush a baking tray lightly with extra virgin olive oil.
- Slice the large zucchini and break the broccoli into florets. Spread them evenly across the oiled baking tray.
- Combine extra virgin olive oil with garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, and sea salt. Brush the mixture onto the veggies.
- Roast the vegetables in the oven for 10 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
- Add the trimmed green beans on top of the roasted veggies and brush with remaining oil mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Return to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes until the green beans are tender and vibrant.
- Serve by spreading butter bean dip on a plate and arranging the roasted vegetables on top. Garnish with extra sesame seeds.
