Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F). Brush a baking tray lightly with extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Slice the large zucchini and break the broccoli into florets. Spread them evenly across the oiled baking tray.
  3. Combine extra virgin olive oil with garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, and sea salt. Brush the mixture onto the veggies.
  4. Roast the vegetables in the oven for 10 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
  5. Add the trimmed green beans on top of the roasted veggies and brush with remaining oil mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Return to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes until the green beans are tender and vibrant.
  7. Serve by spreading butter bean dip on a plate and arranging the roasted vegetables on top. Garnish with extra sesame seeds.
