Method
 

Preparation

  3. Arrange the cabbage wedges on the baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Flip the cabbage and return to the oven for an additional 8-10 minutes until crispy.
  5. While roasting, melt butter in a saucepan, add minced onion, and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Stir in Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper; simmer to meld flavors.
  7. Transfer roasted cabbage to a platter, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with herbs before serving.
