Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, crack in the large eggs and beat them lightly. Set aside 2 tablespoons for later use. Scramble the eggs in a non-stick skillet, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Unroll the Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls and split into 8 triangles. Arrange triangles with the wide ends facing you.
- Layer half a slice of cheddar cheese on each triangle, add scrambled eggs, then a sausage link.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point, tucking in sides. Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush reserved beaten egg over the tops and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, serve warm or pack for later.
