  • 8 oz Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls Consider making dough from scratch.
  • 8 links Sausage Choose your favorite protein, turkey or plant-based options are healthier.
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese Halved; try mozzarella or pepper jack for variety.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, crack in the large eggs and beat them lightly. Set aside 2 tablespoons for later use. Scramble the eggs in a non-stick skillet, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Unroll the Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls and split into 8 triangles. Arrange triangles with the wide ends facing you.
  4. Layer half a slice of cheddar cheese on each triangle, add scrambled eggs, then a sausage link.
  5. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point, tucking in sides. Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Brush reserved beaten egg over the tops and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, serve warm or pack for later.
