Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and milk until smooth and frothy.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Pour in the egg mixture and gently scramble for 3-4 minutes until just set.
  3. In another skillet, cook the breakfast sausage links over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a lightly greased skillet for 1 minute on each side until pliable.
  5. On each tortilla, place a portion of scrambled eggs, a sausage link, and shredded cheese.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll up tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
  7. Cook the seam-side down roll-ups in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the skillet and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
