  • 1 cup Bell Peppers diced
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for sautéing
  • 1 cup Cheese your favorite melting cheese
For Serving
  • 1 cup Fresh Salsa for condiment
  • 1 medium Avocado sliced

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper, grill for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, then rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add bell peppers and onions, sauté for about 5 minutes.
  4. Whisk eggs until frothy, pour into skillet with veggies, stir, and cook for 3-4 minutes until just set.
  5. Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Layer sliced steak, scrambled eggs, sautéed veggies, and cheese on a warm tortilla.
  7. Roll the burrito tightly from the bottom upwards, tucking in the sides.
