- Pat the chicken breasts dry and pound them to an even thickness. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- Remove chicken and lower heat. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until fragrant, then add honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating well with sauce. Let bubble for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 3-4 minutes. Slice or serve whole, drizzling remaining sauce over.
