Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice flank steak or sirloin into thin strips against the grain. Combine with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Finely slice the bell pepper and chop the broccoli and green onions. Place in separate bowls for easy access.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add marinated beef to the skillet, sautéing for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  5. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for 30 seconds, then add the bell pepper and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Return cooked beef to the skillet, drizzle with sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well for 2 minutes over heat.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions, alongside rice or noodles.
