  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 handful Fresh Herbs Parsley, dill, or thyme.
  • to taste Salt Key for seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper Key for seasoning.

Method
 

Steps for Cooking
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, minced garlic, and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper, whisk until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Pour the marinade over the salmon, and let it marinate for 15-30 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Garnish with extra herbs and citrus slices.
