Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and baking powder.
  3. Cut your cold unsalted butter into small cubes and rub it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese and minced garlic until evenly distributed.
  5. Gradually pour in the whole milk while stirring until the dough comes together.
  6. Transfer the dough to a floured surface, pat it into a round disk about 1-inch thick, and cut it into 6 wedges.
