For the Broth

  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (minced) Fresh ginger offers the best taste.

  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil Adds rich, nutty notes; substitute with vegetable oil if desired.

  3. Add the seasoned beef to the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over it, covering all pieces.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
  5. Cook noodles according to package instructions about 15-20 minutes before serving.
  6. Once beef is tender, mix in the cooked noodles, allowing them to soak in the broth for a few minutes.
