  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar Can be substituted with honey.
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang Korean chili paste for spice.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 inch Ginger Minced or grated.
  • 2 green onions Green Onions Chopped for garnish.
Serving Ingredients
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice White or brown rice can be used.
  • 1 cup Steamed Vegetables Broccoli, carrots, or snap peas work well.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.

  4. Stir until the mixture is well combined and heated through.
  5. Serve the beef over bowls of cooked rice and top with steamed vegetables.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
