Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Place a quality 2-3 pound chuck roast at the bottom of your slow cooker, spread evenly.
  2. Sprinkle dried minced onion and Montreal steak seasoning over the roast, pressing lightly.
  3. Pour Worcestershire sauce and 1½ cups of Arby’s sauce evenly over the roast.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Carefully transfer the roast to a plate and shred the beef into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Assemble sandwiches by piling shredded beef onto onion buns and adding Arby’s sauce and cheddar cheese sauce.
