  • 1/4 cup Mirin or sake
  • 1 tablespoon Miso Paste white or yellow types preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup use pure maple syrup

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets and toss with avocado oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast the broccoli for about 20 minutes until golden and tender.
  4. In a saucepan, bring mirin to boil, then whisk in the miso paste until smooth.
  5. Add rice vinegar, avocado oil, and maple syrup to the miso sauce and mix well.
  6. Drizzle the miso sauce over the roasted broccoli, toss to combine, and serve.
