Step-by-Step Instructions for Seafood Pizza
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Add 4 oz of raw shrimp, cooking for about 30 seconds per side until they turn opaque. Toss in 4 oz of calamari rings and cook for another 30 seconds. Season with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and crushed garlic, sautéing for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant. Drain any excess liquid before setting the seafood aside.
  2. Preheat your oven according to the pizza crust instructions. Spread 1/3 cup of Alfredo or pizza sauce evenly over the 12-inch pizza crust. Sprinkle 1.5 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by the sautéed seafood, sliced red onion, bell pepper, and 1/4 cup of halved Kalamata olives.
  3. Transfer your assembled Seafood Pizza to the preheated oven. Bake according to the crust instructions, typically around 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden-brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  4. Once baked, let your Seafood Pizza cool for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or basil before slicing. Slice and serve warm.
