Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Dice salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces and mix with mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  4. Spread the salmon mixture over the rice layer evenly using a spatula.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until the salmon is opaque and the top is golden.
  6. Remove from oven, garnish with green onions, toasted sesame seeds, and nori strips, then serve warm.
