  • 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese Cottage cheese can be used for a lighter option.
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce Use store-bought or homemade.
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Fresh garlic yields the best results.
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
  • to taste Salt Essential seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper Essential seasoning.
  • for garnish Fresh Parsley Optional but recommended.

Equipment

  • Large Pot
  • mixing bowl
  • Baking Dish
  • Aluminum Foil

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the lasagna noodles and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat on a kitchen towel to prevent sticking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Stir until well mixed and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour a thin layer of the remaining Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Place a lasagna noodle, add approximately 1/4 cup of seafood mixture on one end, and roll tightly. Place seam side down in the dish.
  4. Once all roll-ups are assembled, pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the top. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the dish.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with aluminum foil, bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. After baking, let the roll-ups cool for 5-10 minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving.
