  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Yellow mustard can be used if Dijon is not available.
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic Can replace with garlic powder (1/4 tsp).
  • 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
For the Kebabs
  • 1.5 pounds Sirloin Steak Cut into 1 1/4-inch cubes.
  • 8 ounces Button or Cremini Mushrooms Halve if small, keep whole otherwise.
  • 1 each Red Bell Pepper Cut into chunks.
  • 1 each Green Bell Pepper Cut into chunks.
  • 1 each Yellow Bell Pepper Cut into chunks.
  • 1 each Red Onion Cut into larger diced chunks.
  • 8 each Wooden Skewer Sticks Soak for 30 minutes before use.
For Seasoning the Vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Optional but recommended.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Marinade: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Marinate Steak: Place cubed steak in a resealable bag, pour marinade over, seal tightly, and massage to coat. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, up to 6 hours.
  3. Prepare Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 425°F). Scrub grill grates with a grill brush.
  4. Prep Veggies: Toss mushrooms, bell peppers, and red onion with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Assemble Kebabs: Thread marinated steak onto skewers, alternating with vegetables. Aim for four pieces of steak per skewer.
  6. Grill Kebabs: Brush grill grates with oil, place kebabs on grill and cook for 8-9 minutes, turning occasionally until steak reaches medium doneness (140-145°F).
  7. Serve: Remove kebabs from the grill and serve warm. Enjoy!
