Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing the beef sirloin strips at the bottom of your slow cooker. Then, evenly distribute the diced onion and sliced bell peppers on top.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together minced garlic, beef broth, crumbled bouillon cubes, soy sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, ground ginger, and a pinch of salt and pepper until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  3. Once your sauce is ready, pour it evenly over the beef and vegetables in the slow cooker, ensuring every piece of meat and each pepper slice is well-coated.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  5. If the sauce is too thin, mix an additional tablespoon of cornstarch with cold water to create a slurry, stir this into the slow cooker, cover, and cook for an additional 10–15 minutes on HIGH.
