Step-by-Step Instructions for Buffalo Chicken Sliders
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Frank's buffalo hot sauce, ranch dressing, salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in the lined baking dish.
  4. Distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the slider buns and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese layer and press them down gently. Melt the garlic butter and mix in garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  6. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the buns.
  7. Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let the sliders cool for a few moments before cutting them into individual sliders. Serve warm with sides like celery or a fresh salad.

Allow sliders to cool slightly after baking to prevent them from falling apart when sliced. Consider air frying for 10-12 minutes for a crispier option.
