  • 4 large flour or whole wheat tortillas for sturdy base
For the Filling
  • 200 grams Paneer cubed
  • 1 teaspoon cumin spice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder spice
  • 1 cup bell peppers chopped
  • 1 cup onions chopped
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Yogurt or Raita for creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice for brightness
For the Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro for freshness
  • 1 medium Avocado sliced, optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes and sauté in a non-stick skillet with cumin and chili powder for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In the same skillet, stir-fry chopped bell peppers and onions for 3–4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  3. Mix yogurt or raita with lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth.
  4. Spread yogurt sauce on each tortilla, add paneer and vegetable mixture, sprinkle cilantro and avocado, then roll tightly.
  5. Slice wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately or wrap in foil for up to 6 hours.
