  4. Make Broth: Sauté shallots, garlic, and ginger in the same pot; add broth and remaining ingredients.
  5. Combine: Bring to a simmer for about 10 minutes, blending flavors.
  6. Noodles: Add ramen, cook for 2-3 minutes until tender but firm.
