Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 8 ounces of rice noodles and cook for 4–6 minutes until al dente, then drain and toss with oil.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Add diced chicken to the skillet, season with salt, and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
  4. Make the Sauce: Mix soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch slurry in a bowl. Pour over chicken, stir, and simmer for 2–3 minutes to thicken.
  5. Combine Noodles and Sauce: Add drained noodles to the skillet, toss gently for 1–2 minutes until well-coated in sauce.
  6. Garnish & Serve: Transfer to a platter, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
