  2. Place lamb chops in a resealable bag or dish. Pour marinade over, ensuring even coating. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat around 375°F (190°C).
  4. Remove lamb chops from marinade and let excess drip off. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Transfer cooked lamb chops to a plate and tent with foil. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve immediately with desired sides.
